These terms govern technical services from EliLink for individuals and businesses in Switzerland. By booking or commissioning us, you accept these conditions.
1. Scope
These terms apply to technical services and bookings via Eli-Link unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Contract formation
Requests via the booking form or other channels are non-binding until we confirm or propose an appointment and you accept it.
3. Prices and payment
Base prices and surcharges (e.g. travel outside the standard zone) apply as communicated before work begins. Payment by invoice or card as agreed.
4. Appointments and cancellation
Appointments are agreed mutually. Please cancel early; short-notice cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur fees.
5. Service delivery
We perform services with due care. Scope and outcome depend on the on-site situation; hardware defects beyond repair are excluded from warranty.
6. Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded where permitted by law; liability for gross negligence and intent remains unaffected.
7. Governing law
